Overall Wellness

Overall, Wellness consists of many factors. To start, social connection with yourself (mind), physically (body), and spiritually (soul).

  • Self (Mind): Having the ability and understanding of one’s tendencies, habits, reactions, and how to manage self healthily.

  • Physical (Body): Stought and healthy, staying physically activated, eating the right food with proper nutrition.

  • Spiritual (Soul): Healthy social life. Caring, strong communication skills, empathetic, and understanding.
